10/6 UNLAWFUL USE OF TELEPHONE
A female student reported that her ex-boyfriend had been sending her threatening text messages. These text messages have included, "I am going to kill you, b*tch, I swear," and "Daisy dies tomorrow, b*tch." Daisy is the student's dog. The student said she and her ex broke up two weeks ago. She did not press charges but is considering filing a restraining order.

10/10 POSSESSION AND CONSUMPTION OF BEER UNDER 21
A 19-year-old student was arrested when police saw her staggering outside East Thomson. The student was leaning on another student's shoulder for support. Police asked her if she had been drinking. She said no at first but later admitted she had drank at a friend's house. The other student said she had picked up the 19-year-old in front of Scandal's.
10/6 DAMAGE TO
PROPERTY
A female student returned to her car in the Legion Lot to find someone had keyed it on the driver's side. The scratch runs from the sideview mirror toward the rear door.

10/6 VANDALISM TO AUTO
A female student reported there were scratches on her car stretching from the driver's side from the rear quarter panel to the fender. She had parked the car Oct. 6, and on the following day noticed saw the scratches.

10/10 PUBLIC DISPLAY OF BEER
A 22-year-old student was walking toward College Avenue with a beer in his hand. Police pulled over, and the student at first hid the beer behind his back and then put it in a trash can. Police issued him a citation.
